Club Cashback Scheme

SONARD Ltd supports grassroots cricket. When you shop with us, you can choose an affiliated club, and we'll pay that club 5% of what you spend, at no extra cost to you.

For customers

• At checkout, choose your club from our list of affiliated clubs and confirm it's the right one. It's optional.
• Your price stays exactly the same. The cashback is paid by SONARD Ltd, not by you.
• The club never receives your personal details, only cashback totals and order references.
• Chosen the wrong club? Email orders@sonard.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll correct it before the cashback is finalised.

For clubs

1. How cashback is calculated

1.1 Cashback is 5% of the amount the customer has actually paid for goods on orders where they chose your club. That's after any discount, and less any refunds. It's rounded to the nearest penny.

1.2 We may change the cashback rate for future orders by giving notice on this page. Orders already placed keep the rate that applied when they were placed.

2. When cashback becomes payable

Cashback on an order becomes payable only when all of the following have happened:

• (a) the order has been paid in full;
• (b) the goods have been collected by the customer; and
• (c) 14 days have passed since collection without the order being cancelled or returned.

If an order is cancelled or refunded before then, the cashback on it is reduced or cancelled. If a refund is made after cashback has been paid (for example, because goods were faulty), we'll deduct the difference from your next payment.

3. Payment

3.1 We calculate cashback monthly and pay each club by bank transfer by [DAY] of the following month, together with a statement showing the orders included.

3.2 [OPTIONAL: Payments under £[AMOUNT] will be carried forward to the next month.]

3.3 We pay cashback only to the club's own bank account, never to an individual.

4. Joining the scheme

4.1 To join, email orders@sonard.co.uk with the club's full name and address and a contact name, email and phone number. We'll contact you to collect bank details securely. Please don't send bank details by email.

4.2 We may accept or decline an application at our discretion.

4.3 By joining, the club agrees that we can publish its name and address on our website so customers can choose it.

5. How cashback may be used

[TO BE PROVIDED BY SONARD: the conditions and restrictions on what clubs may spend cashback on, e.g. junior coaching, equipment, facilities. Also state whether clubs must report how funds were used and what happens if the conditions are breached.]

6. Changes and ending the scheme

6.1 We may change these terms, or suspend or end the scheme, by giving [30] days' notice on this page and by email to member clubs. Cashback already earned before any change will still be paid.

6.2 We may remove a club from the scheme if it breaches these terms. Cashback earned up to that point will be paid unless the breach relates to the use of cashback.

6.3 A club may leave the scheme at any time by emailing orders@sonard.co.uk.
